The apartment has full width patio doors leading onto the sun terrace. The lounge is furnished with two sofas, coffee table and side table. There is a 50 channel TV package which includes most English channels and sport. There is also a small radio/CD player. WiFi broadband is available throughout the apartment. Air-conditioning is also available in the lounge. Should you wish to eat in, the kitchen is fully equipped with a full oven and grill, a four plate hob, microwave oven, refrigerator, toaster, kettle and an extensive range of cutlery and crockery.
The bedroom is furnished with two single beds which can easily be pushed together and a side table. There are two large full length wardrobes and a matching dressing table with ample drawer space. We also have a safe and ceiling fan within the bedroom. A cot can be supplied for an extra weekly charge.
The bathroom is comprised of a WC, full width shower along with a wash hand basin and a vanity unit for cosmetics storage. There is also an electric shaving point for your convenience.
The view from the terrace is stunning as it overlooks Los Cristianos Beach and the ocean beyond. There can be nothing better than enjoying a meal and a glass of chilled wine in such a relaxed atmosphere. It is south facing and enjoys the sun from 10am until early evening. The terrace is furnished with a patio table and four chairs. A large sun canopy can be extended and retracted for your comfort.
